This blog started out as a count down and checklist of a new company Four n' Friends. Work is coming along slowly to get that together. I have added what my friends have told me to add for a long time: a diary of my food. SO now there is more content and reference materials.
I have a diploma from The French Culinary Institute. I have worked in catering and in restaurant and now am creating a new food company with my dear, foreign friends. We are determing what to offer. Our ideas include food products, lunches, catering and reviews.
